Ingredients:
150g sesame seeds
3 tbsp olive oil
Toast sesame seeds on a dry frying pan stirring all the time until golden. Let it cool down and then tip into a food processor. Process for a couple of minutes (wiping down the sides occasionally). Add olive oil and process until desired liquid (you can vary the amount of olive oil depending on the thickness you want).
