Ingredients:
60ml water
60g spinach
200g plain flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tbsp olive oil
Put spinach and water in a food processor and process until smooth. In a large bowl add in the dry ingredients, whisk it and then add-in spinach water with olive oil. Mix and knead with your hand until a smooth dough. Add more flour if your dough is too sticky. Sprinkle flour onto a worktop and roll out the dough as thin and even as possible. Cut it with pizza cutter or knife into small squares or any other desired shapes and spread onto a baking paper. Preheat oven at 200ºC and bake for 10-15 mins until crispy.
