Pear compote

? 500ml jar

Ingredients:
6 pears
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
water

Peel and cut pears into small pieces. Put it in a large pan with cinnamon and ginger and a splash of water. Cook on a small heat until pears are soft. Mash it a little and pour into pour into a jar when it cools down. Keep in the fridge.

Notes: Amazing topping for morning oats or to just dig in with a spoon.
