Nasi Goreng

Cooked rice
A bowl of chopped carrots
A bowl of chopped onions
A bowl of chopped mushrooms
A bowl of chopped white cabbage
A bowl of chopped spring onions
1 fresh chilli
Ginger chopped
Oyster sauce
Soy sauce
Fresh coriander
Fried egg

Fry everything separately one by one in a frying pan and put back in the bowls. Put ginger and chilli and add rice. When it’s all warm, add all the vegetable into the pan. Mix and add sauces to your taste. Serve with fresh coriander and fried egg per portion.

Notes: Simple and yummy.
