Healthy Chocolate Fudge

? 12 medium size balls
Recipe from:

120 ml coconut milk
160 g peanut butter (or almond butter)
100 g cocoa powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp coconut (desiccated)

Put everything in a food processor and process for about 3 mins (longer you do it, it becomes thicker). If it’s still too runny, you can add more coconut. You can add honey to sweeten it, if you’d like. Make 12 balls out of the mixture and roll in desiccated coconut. Keep in the fridge.
