Easy mexican style goulash

Olive oil
Can of red kidney beans
Can of mixed beans
Can of sweetcorn
Can of tomato passata or chopped tomatoes
Pepper, chilli powder, herbs

Chop onion and fry it on olive oil in a sauce pan for few mins until soft. Put in all beans and sweetcorn. Fry for another minute and pour in passata with all the spices and herbs. Cook for 10 mins to until all the flavours blend and beans are soft. Serve with pasta or bread.
