Creamy mushroom sauce with dumplings

a little bit of butter
300g mushrooms (chopped)
100ml water
300ml double cream
2 tbsp plain flour
1tbsp lemon juice

Fry mushrooms on a butter for 2 mins. Pour water in and cook for few mins until soft. Pour in most of the cream and cook for few more minutes. Mix flour with the rest of the flour and pour it in. When thickened up, take of the heat, season with salt and lemon juice. Serve with dumplings or pasta.
