Courgette and Aubergine creamy pasta

Ingredients:
400g spaghetti
olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1 aubergine
1 courgette
lemon zest from one lemon
300g double cream
chilli seeds
pepper
handful of grated cheddar cheese

Cook spaghetti according to the package. Meanwhile, cut garlic finely and fry it on a bit of olive oil. Add cut aubergine and courgette. Fry until soft. Pour in the cream and spices. Add in a grated cheese to thicken up the sauce.
