Recipe from: cukrfree.cz (original recipe is in Czech but if you open it in Google Chrome, you can translate the page)
Ingredients:
3 tbsp coconut flour
2 tbsp ground linseed
vanilla essence
1/4 mug of water (or coconut milk)
1 tsp coconut cream (or cream)
1 egg
to serve: coconut powder, honey, or cinnamon, roasted cocoa beans, 1 tsp coconut butter (anything you fancy)
In a small pot, mix coconut flour, linseed, vanilla, water and cook on a higher heat stirring frequently. When it begins to thicken up, take off the heat and slowly add egg whilst constantly stirring. Put back on a medium heat and keep stirring until it thickens up even more. Take off the heat and keep stirring for another 30 seconds. Then stir in coconut oil and coconut cream and serve with anything you fancy.
Price: £70p (based on Sainsbury’s in the UK prices)
Notes: I blended the mixture when finished cooking because it had pieces of the egg (I stirred it in too quickly) in it and I didn’t have ground linseed.
