60g unsweetened desiccated coconut
25g cocoa powder or raw cacao
50g chia seeds
1/2 tsp sea salt (optional)
75g peanut butter
50g coconut oil
80g maple syrup or honey (I used half & half)
Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Melt the peanut butter, coconut oil and maple syrup in a small pan on medium heat until combine. Mix into the dry mixture. Line a baking tray (I had 40x20cm) and add the mixture. Press down firmly and thoroughly. Place in the freezer for 30 mins to set. Keep in the fridge.
